Elisa is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in Christchurch and Auckland. Her interest in tax led her to complete a Master’s in Taxation Studies which she uses to help clients successfully manage their tax and compliance obligations. Getting to know clients’ businesses is an important part of what makes Elisa enjoy life as a Chartered Accountant. She loves visiting clients to get to know what makes them tick so that improvements can be suggested.
Outside of the office, Elisa enjoys Zumba, dancing, travel and wine. Before becoming an accountant, Elisa spent time in the Royal New Zealand Navy. Fun fact – she still believes in Santa – she has to as her Father was the Ballantynes Santa for a number of years.
